In this session, we’ll look at what’s out there in broad strokes, what you need to focus on, what you might want to pay attention to, and how to use technology in a strategic way that serves your organization’s goals. Most importantly, how to use tech to support better productivity, quality and new ways of thinking, while at the same time optimizing the economics of your organization — whether by cutting costs, or increasing profits.

  You’ve heard the term “cloud” but you might not be able to visualize what it is. Cloud services have been around for longer than the term “cloud” so what is it? What does it do? How can you use it? What are the dangers? What are “hybrid”, “private”, “public”, and “business solution” clouds? There’s a lot that you are using already, and may not even realize it.
